2018 Underground Storage Tank Compliance Requirements Webinar

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s Division of Underground Storage Tanks presented a 3-part informational webinar to TFCA members in early August. The intent of these webinars was to assist petroleum underground storage tank owners and operators with understanding the regulation revisions required by the U.S. EPA in 2015. Tennessee is required by the U.S. EPA to implement these changes to the petroleum underground storage regulations by no later than October 13, 2021.

This seminar is for drivers and anyone involved in handling hazardous materials.  Drivers and other hazmat employees must attend the entire session to complete the exams and receive a certificate.

Drivers and hazmat employees are required to have training every three years.

The Hazardous Material & Security Awareness training is available online and on demand for your convenience.
