TFCA is proud to present out 93rd Annual Convention in Jackson Hole Wyoming! A bucket-list destination for many of our members, Jackson Hole is sure to be a trip to remember. With plenty of Western charm, our hotel is minutes from the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park and a short drive to Yellowstone National Park. We will have several days of industry education, including disaster planning and updates on the rapidly changing convenience store and fuel industry. We have built in plenty of time in between for adventures including a morning wildlife safari tour, breathtaking scenic float on the Snake River, and a fly-fishing walk-and-wade outing for our next generation members. This is a family-friendly event so please feel free to bring along your spouse and children. Extend your stay before and after and play in nature - there are endless things to do here in the great outdoors. We can't wait to see you on the Old West this September!
*Please make sure you are logged in to receive member rates.

Packing Suggestions: The attire for the conference sessions is business casual. Overall, Jackson Hole is a pretty casual place to be and even five-star dining can be done in a t-shirt. Nevertheless, if you plan to partake in one of the area's many cultural offerings, a nice sundress or tucked in shirt are appropriate, too. The weather in Jackson Hole while we are there looks gorgeous! Lots of sunshine but a little bit chillier than Tennessee and no humidity, so pack layers. Hiking boots and water shoes are recommended. The hotel has a pool and spa so please feel free to pack a bathing suit. If you are planning to hike, a backpack with a water pack is useful. Sunscreen and bug spray are advisable. Bear spray can be purchased in town; it is not permitted in luggage on commercial flights. Finally, don’t forget your cowboy boots, bandana, and western gear for a very special dinner Tuesday night!
