TFCA Political Action Committee
TOMPAC is the political action committee (PAC) of the Tennessee Fuel & Convenience Store Association.

The main priority of TFCA membership is the association’s successful efforts to help members through the maze of legislative and regulatory issues that confront the industry.

TOMPAC helps members unite to be heard on industry issues affecting their businesses.

PAC contributions allow TFCA to support legislators and candidates who care about small businesses. TOMPAC helps legislators who sponsor or vote for TFCA high-priority bills.

TOMPAC can accept personal or corporate payments via check or credit card.

The EMA SBC PAC makes contributions to Congressmen and Senators. Contributions MUST be personal.

EMA uses MDF for research and advocacy on industry issues. For instance, MDF funds were used to research on the bulk plant air quality issue. Contributions can be either personal or corporate.
