This year's annual TFCA Summer Summit will be held in Chattanooga on July 16-17.
TFCA members have the opportunity for a private tour of the Colonial Pipeline facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. Members will see the Austell Terminal and Atlanta Junction facility.
Following the tour, members will enjoy a social event in The Vault, a renovated speakeasy, in the Waymark Hotel that just opened in downtown Chattanooga.
This event will conclude with a legislative breakfast with Senator Bo Watson and an update on the latest industry news.
The Summer Summit will be a great networking opportunity and educational event. We can't wait to see you in Chattanooga in July!
Colonial Pipeline Terminal, Alpharetta, Georgia
Tour of Austell Terminal and Atlanta Junction Facility in Alpharetta, Georgia
Colonial's Austell Terminal officially opened for business in May of 2023. The state-of the art facility was the first green-field terminal project for the company since Colonial entered the terminal business in October 2020, through the acquisition of three refined product terminals from Lincoln Terminal Company, Inc.,
More than two-thirds of the fuel delivered to Georgia arrives on their pipelines and the Austell Terminal will further enhance the ability to serve customers safely.
Atlanta Junction (ATJ) is the largest Colonial facility in the state and the third-largest tank farm. It is home to 33 tanks with a total normal fill capacity of 3,557,107 barrels. Mainlines 1 and 2 both deliver into Atlanta Junction supported by four mainline booster stations, 13 delivery stations and two local delivery lines. More than two-thirds of the fuel delivered to Georgia arrives on their pipelines.
Atlanta Junction services Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, pumping about 2,000 barrels per hour to the busiest airport in the world. In fact, 75% of the fuel supplied to the airport is from Colonial.

Located in downtown Chattanooga's historic 1927 Chattanooga Savings Bank & Trust Company building, it features 148 rooms. The hotel's 11th floor includes the Iris Rooftop Restaurant, the highest rooftop bar in Chattanooga.
In the basement you will find a hidden speakeasy bar in the former bank vault, offering craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, and tapas-style small plates.
